Use software to analyze the electricity, magnetism, force and heat, to optimize the insulation structure and ampere-turn layout so as to improve the product ability on over-voltage and short-circuit current acting force.
The iron core adopt high magnetic quality silicon steel sheet which are cut by GEORG cutting line imported from Germany. The lamination adopts 45 degree full oblique joint and the core column is strapped by semi-dry unidirectional glass adhesive binding tape which meet the requirements of low no-load loss and low noise level. During manufacturing, the coil of each phase is subjected to constant pressure drying and compression to ensure that the height of each coil meets the design requirements. The coil drying is performed by vacuum drying with variable pressure to improve the insulation performance and ensure reliable operation of product.
The winding is made of high quality oxygen-free copper and there is reasonable transposition between parallel conductors which effectively reduce the transformer load loss. By optimizing the cooling loop design, the winding is equipped with oil direction channel structure which effectively reduce the temperature rise of the winding hottest spot which extend the life time. The winding conductor turns are tied and clamped well to improve the transformer safe operation level.
