Photovoltaic power generation and inverter technology are becoming more and more mature. In order to realize large-scale application of solar power generation, large-scale photovoltaic grid-connected power station of megawatt or above level have become the main trend of development. As the output voltage of the inverter is low and the content of harmonic is high, the power output from the inverter must be transformed to 10kV or 35kV through step-up transformer with isolation function to meet the requirement of gird connection.
This product adopts axial double-split structure with large short circuit impedance between the upper and lower windings. Meanwhile the short circuit impedance between each split winding and the high-voltage winding is small and equal. During operation, when one split winding happens short-circuit on the low-voltage side, the other split winding can maintain a high voltage, thus ensuring that the current of each branch on the low voltage side can enter independently without any impact. The effect of harmonics on loss and temperature rise is taken into account in product design, so the reliability of product operation is guaranteed.
